Batters and predusts allow to fix the batter to the food in a uniform way, as well as to optimise the resistance and appearance of the final product, adapting to the needs and types of production.

These gluten-free batters are produced in production plant exclusively dedicated to the production of gluten-free products, thus eliminating any risk of cross-contamination. The facility is certified by one of the most demanding quality and food safety standards in the sector: IFS, implemented since the beginning of 2017.
